Jamal Brathwaite is a Brockton Resident and President of the Northeast Brockton Neighborhood Association which seeks to increase residents quality of life by promoting civic engagement. Jamal also hosts the Brockton Residents Forum held on Zoom every Sunday from 11am - 12pm.
