Support the Massachusetts Home Protection Act

The following bills were filed on 1/15/2025 in the Massachusetts State Senate and on 1/17/2025 in the House of Representatives to establish a municipal tax assessment increase limit on residential properties to protect Massachusetts residents from losing their homes due to a consecutive 13 years of increasing tax assessments. This bill does not limit how much tax levy a municipality can collect, but it will limit the property tax increase due on residential properties each year.
